SEP2GO™ Portable-Mobile Effluent Separation where and when you need to. High through-put dewatering system delivering maximum dry matter recovery and trouble-free operation.
Separation should not be limited by fixed infrastructure. The EYS SEP2GO™ puts professional-grade separation performance on the move. Ready to deploy wherever and whenever it is needed. A self-priming feeding pump, inline liquid discharge pump, stainless steel solid conveyor, stone trap, and intelligent control panel are integrated into one compact unit, ready for loading and transportation to the next job. No additional pumps required. Rapid hose connection. Automatic fault shutdown. The complete mobile separation solution for modern multi-site operations.
As a global leader in dewatering technology, EYS has thousands of active installations performing reliably under extreme operational conditions. The EYS Screw Press Separators specialised design and construction handles all types of livestock manure slurries and biogas digestate with ease, yielding a high output rate of and consistently achieving high-percentage dry matter recovery. This results in a stackable solid fraction and a clarified liquid filtrate with significantly reduced total suspended solids (TSS).
The EYS SEP2GO Mobile Separator is a self-contained, trailer-deployable solid-liquid separation system developed to bring professional screw press separation to any manure pit, farm site or remote location without the need for permanent installation, additional pumps or site infrastructure. As a result of years of engineering development, the SEP2GO integrates every component required for a complete separation process into a single robust frame,
making on-demand mobile separation as simple as connecting two hoses and a power cable. The unit is available in seven separator configurations from the SP400 through to the SP1100HD, covering the full range of throughput and dry matter output requirements from small farms to large-scale agricultural and industrial operations.
The SEP2GO system processes slurry through a fully integrated sequence of purpose-matched components. A self-priming progressive cavity feeding pump at 5.5 kW draws slurry from the pit directly through a suction hose, delivering it at a controlled, adjustable flow rate to the screw press separator inlet. A stone trap positioned upstream of the feeding pump intercepts heavy foreign objects — stones, wire and metal fragments — before they reach the pump impeller, protecting the most wear-sensitive component in the system from the damage that causes unplanned breakdowns during field separation. Separated solids exit the screw press through EYS’s proprietary slotted solid discharge mechanism and are transferred by the 1.5 kW stainless steel screw conveyor to the desired discharge point — directly into a tipping trailer, spreader or stockpile. The conveyor height is adjustable via the internal hydraulic system to suit different vehicle heights at each deployment location, and the conveyor opens and closes by hand in seconds using hinge locks for access and inspection. The separated liquid fraction is discharged from the separator body through a 5.5 kW EYS inline centrifugal pump, which transfers the clarified liquid directly through a discharge hose to any connected storage tank, pit or distribution line — eliminating the need for a second external liquid handling pump at the site.
An integrated overflow line returns any excess liquid back to the pit, preventing liquid from accumulating around the unit during continuous operation. All suction and discharge hose connections throughout the SEP2GO use quick-coupling fittings for fast, tool-free assembly and disassembly, enabling the complete system to be operational within minutes of arriving at a new location. A water cleaning connection is built into the system for flushing internal pipes and hoses between uses and during planned maintenance. A pre-wired control panel carrying all necessary electrical protection components connects directly to a mains supply or portable generator. The intelligent control system monitors machine status continuously and automatically shuts the unit down on detection of a fault condition — protecting all mechanical and electrical components from damage during unattended operation without requiring constant operator supervision throughout the separation session.
The entire SEP2GO unit is mounted on a fabricated steel frame with forklift pockets on all sides, enabling the complete assembly to be lifted, transported and repositioned by any standard agricultural forklift without disassembly or specialist lifting equipment. For short-distance relocation between pits or paddocks on the same site, the unit can be moved fully assembled in minutes. For road transport between sites, the SEP2GO loads onto a standard trailer. The SEP2GO is available with all seven SP Series separator configurations — Standard and Heavy Duty — allowing the operator to select the appropriate separator performance tier for their specific material and application. The EYS SEP2GO Mobile Separator integrates directly into ENVIROXX mobile manure management and on-demand separation service configurations, and complements the fixed-installation EYS Screw Press Separator SP Series for operators requiring flexible deployment across multiple locations.
