Pushing and spreading grass silage.
The SAPHIR GG S green fork is primarily used for pushing and spreading grass silage on the silage heap. The 1,000 mm heavy-duty quality tines from SHW Friedrichstal "Made in Germany" are designed to meet the highest demands. The narrow tine spacing of 200 mm also enables use in chopped grass silage and maize silage. Longer heavy-duty tines with a length of 1,250 mm can also be installed on request.

The green waste fork with hydraulic tipping function is used to collect and distribute large quantities of silage. The integrated hydraulic tipping function makes it easy to tip the load. The back section closed with expanded metal closed back section prevents green cuttings from entering the pick-up area without restricting the view of the tines.

Distribute silage on the silage heap
The SAPHIR silage spreader SiloRaptor is used to distribute silage on the silage heap. The main area of application of the machine is in grass harvesting. The large drum blade with a diameter of 1,230 mm with bolted spreading tools each at a height of 150 mm ensures powerful distribution of the silage. Due to the special arrangement of the spreading tools on the drum, the distribution on the silo is particularly uniform. With the hydraulic swivelling of 20° on both sides, the silage can also be optimally deposited at the edge of the heap. The robust design with its high dead weight also ensures a high level of smooth running of the machine when in use. The original Walterscheid cam clutch installed as standard in front of the transmission also serves as an overload protection for the toughest requirements. In addition, outwardly positioned lubrication points, large Maintenance openings and well thought-out accessories for smooth operation of the machine.

The SAPHIR KOMPAKT maize and green manure push plates are characterised by a articularly powerful pushing performance thanks to their large working widths. The three-part hydraulic folding mechanism allows you to work right up to the side of the silo and guarantees safe road transport. In addition, the close attachment of the robust blade body to the carrier vehicle ensures a good overview of the blade and good manoeuvring characteristics.

The SAPHIR KOMBI maize and green manure push plates are suitable for pulling and pushing. Replaceable, highly wear-resistant scraper blades (500 HB) are mounted on both sides of the sturdy blade body. The side sections can be folded in and out individually at the front and rear. The Particularly stable and robust design of the blade also allows it to be used with system tractors up to approx. 350 hp.
